In Response To: Dear Frankie; please stop making up new Spartans. (InnerRayg) I agree wholeheartedly. I was reading the excerpt from Halo Evolutions that Wu linked on the front page the other day. The spartan in the story was called Soren. His "thing" was that he was a loner and was really good at feildcraft, stealth and scouting. What other spartando we know who excelled at scoutwork? Anton. We meet him in First Strike. What's the one other thing FS tells us about Anton? He didn't like zero-G missions. How hard would it have been to make the spartan in that story Anton? (Actually I realise now that Soren may die in Evolutions, so maybe that why he was a new character, but my point stands.) I really, really hope that we see some already-established Spartans in Reach - Fred, Linda, Kelly and Will especially, but Anton, Vinh, Isaac, or the others would be awesome too. Sadly, the appearance of weird spartan numbers in the Reach trailer seem to indicate otherwise.
