As a bit of a fixed-wing : VTOL enthusiast, the Pelican's solution to thrust-borne flight along with : the rotating wings and engine pods is incredibly fiddly and complex. Isn't there some sort of 'hovercar' that's in the prototype stages with moving engine pods? Sorry, can't remember name or link. : I'm sure the 'mechs' are heavily influenced by the much loved Fall of Reach
True, but they could've at least put guns on them and not make the run up and punch things for crying out loud. That's just stupid.
