The new concept is completely surrounded by water, which leads me to believe there will be more than one elevator in the game that we interact with/on. If I remember correctly, the Spartan Blue team has a mission to one of the elevators on earth that also involves brutes, so it isn't all that absurd to believe we have missions that go outside of New Mombasa. I would really enjoy maybe 2-3 levels in New Mombasa (earth city levels), maybe 1 inside a covanent cruiser (invoking momores of truth and reconciliation), and maybe 1 in a suburban area, and one in the jungle before chief gets there. I know that won't happen but it doesn't hurt to dream. In any case I believe that one particular concept in NOT in New Mombasa, but a later mission... later... on.
