Hmm... It looks as though one of the pieces shows us a mission we may take on in the game. If you look on "Activated", the holo pad is emitting a view of the city, including the space elevator. About halfway up the space elevator (or, at least, what we can see of it) is a circle. I assume this represents an objective of some sort.

I'll retain reservations regarding the possibility of this possible mission coming up in the final game, but the idea of rising above the city in a Contact Harvest-esque battle is awfully intriguing.

I'm probably wrong in my assumption in the first place, so don't pay me too much attention.
