Seems about : right to me. : -Disciple From what I gather from your and Wu's replies, the melee can miss, but does so very rarely. Considering that each of us literally has hundreds of melee kills under our belts in Halo 3, I'd say that just a few misses is a pretty damn good success rate — probably around 99.5% or better, though obviously not 100%. Compared this to Halo 2, where, in my experience at least, missed melees were a regular occurence. There was rarely a game that went by without melees bouncing off someone or sending me flying past them at least once, if not multiple times. Even in Campaign, I've had melees bounce off of sleeping Grunts. Sleeping Grunts! How screwed up is that?
