In Response To: My Halo 3 review (finally). (Gravemind)
: Well, I've been working on this thing on and off since December, but I've
: finally finished it: The World's Longest Halo 3 Review
: Couldn't think of a better name that wasn't a generic "My Review of Halo
: 3", but since I'm known for really, really ridiculously long
: articles, I thought it'd be appropriate enough. If you're familiar with my
: other writings, you know what to expect in terms of length. I was thinking
: of adding a table of contents that skip down to the various subsections
: for easier navigation. I'll add one if anyone recommends it.
: Long story short, I give Halo 3 a 7.5-8 out of 10 (note: I haven't put up a
: ratings guide on my blog yet, but my number ratings generally follow the
: same quality scale as GameSpot's system). It's really good with solid
: basics, great presentation (graphics, music, etc.), a ton of extras, and
: is overall much improved over Halo 2, but still could've used quite a few
: improvements and has several notable flaws (or at least what I consider
: flaws), that keep it from being as good as the first game. For the
: specifics on what I liked and didn't like, read the whole review. It goes
: over every single aspect of the game in detail.
: Enjoy.
: P.S. to Wu: I just noticed that you've frontpaged this already when I went to
: my blog dashboard to get the link. Where'd you find out about it? I was
: going to wait to post about it until a friend pre-read it, but I guess
: publishing it got it out there pretty fast. Oh well. It's not like it's a
: big deal or anything. Just curious.
I don't agre with you on some matters, but you did an excellent job. Kudos. :)
