Trojan on Aleph

Well, after getting my grubby little hands on Marathon 2 for PC thanks to Steve's linkage... I downloaded Trojan for M2 and installed it on my PC, took the data files and threw them in a fresh Aleph directory and voila... it started just fine.
Well, almost. I had to write a new MML script for the interface rectangles, and I delved into the Trojan.exe with reshacker to extract the text resources and create a new MML file with the proper ammo and weapon names, and a little HUD color adjustment MML script and THEN it seems to run pretty nice on Aleph. Does anybody else have Trojan M2 working in Aleph One? And if so, what issues has anybody encountered?
I've just downloaded the Trojan MP3's and I am going to try to get those working like it does in M1A1. Are the MP3 names correlated correctly to the levels? i.e. does Music00.mp3 correlate to the very first level in Trojan?
