believeme there are still content creators, like cratercreator, a very creative one...
a particle system would give the scenario makers(the few alive) more options, as well as swinging doors.
"Somebody has to create content for those features" that's for sure, just as ppl did the High Res Textures or the 3d models... That's not a valid pretext. As I said before, if AO had started with this attitude, we wouldn't have fog, support for higher resolution graphics, etc.
Come on ppl.... If someone implements that kind of features, YOU WON'T LOSE ANYTHING, BUT MAPMAKERS AND CREATORS WILL HAVE MORE OPTIONS, SO WHY ARE YOU AND THE DEVS SO OBSTINTE IN NOT ADDING MORE FEATURES THAT WOULD MAKE MARATHON SWEETER...
I don't want to hear, "well if you want those features, then add them by your self" or "Marathon is too old, someone should take the files and port them to a better engine"(lazy attitude)
So just tell me why in heaven not enhace more AO !!!?????
