Yes, I agree. I actually think that the M1 environment is beautiful too, but pretty much I agree with you completely. But one of the problems I've noticed based on something you mentioned in your post is that M2 and MI never have those real challenging puzzles or traps you got to get past anymore. Like the one in Blaspheme Quarantine, well, it's not the most challenging one, but there were many more. I never found a time where you had to throw all these switches to see which one made this thing go up, etc etc. That was a disappointment in M2 and MI.

M1 is like a guy walking through a high-tech slaughter house or something.
M2 is like a guy listening to the story of the S'pht while doing some favors at the same time.
MI, well, is... A disappointment.
