I can understand being unhappy with visual changes... but it's a video game. How it plays is all that's important, in the end. (If the visual changes bother you enough that you never GET to the point of actually playing it... that's one thing. That's a sad thing - but it's a totally different issue than "I couldn't care less about how it plays".) I've played it - campaign, multiplayer, Spartan Ops - and it feels like Halo. There are plenty of places where it doesn't LOOK exactly like the games that came before it - but it certainly looks close enough that the visual differences don't keep me from playing. And playing tells me it's Halo. I think it's sad if you never get to find this out. :(
