That's not quite right.

Bungie AGREED to those terms (among many others, some benefiting Bungie, others not). They know what they're getting into, they had a say, they wrote a contract from the start when working with Activision. What happened/happens with Halo was MUCH less under Bungie's control than what is happening with Destiny.

Bungie got a great deal with Destiny. Halo, not so much.
