Everybody has known for a long time now that the way to get a job with Bungie and then 343i was to profess a total love for Halo. (I remember writing a post about how unhealthy that was.) You don't have to actually love it: just say that you do. Most gamers on the planet have played multiplayer and could totally blag it when in an interview. "I totally love Halo, Its my life!" Then, once you have the job, just keep talking the talk and do whatever it was that you did for your previous game company. You are in and have it made. Previous professional experience? Check
