I can understand that. But playing as well as you can can sometimes mean knowing your enemies. if I know this guy has a 2.0 K/D, well I want to make sure I sneak around a bit more this match so I am not always on a 1-on-1. Just like how it's nice to know people are in a group, you know they will most likely team shot you, so be rolling with someone even if they are a random.

Granted, I don't leave if someone is that much better than me, look at my K/D in Halo 3 and how often if puts me against 50's. My friend hates playing with me, because he is better at Halo 3 then me, but never gets 50's against him. When we play together it's a team of 50's on the other end. Maybe I just have magical powers the game doesn't like. But I think it helps you prepare.

If it makes people quit well then that's going to happen after a few seconds of gameplay anyways, so better than do it before you play and you can then choose to leave instead of leaving mid game and getting negative points yourself.
