While I agree that overall experience is not TrueSkill. How does not games mean you are a 25? Granted this is personal opinion, but you should start at 0 and maybe be bumped up to higher if you are say a 40 in a different playlist that you play alot. But to start you out at 25 means you immediately can be put with people who are a 40, which can mean total domination.

I do like the idea of starting in the middle and then being moved around but that only works for the first 3 weeks of a game, after that there are too many other variables for that to be a great starting point.
