In Response To: What is "Halo"? (Leviathan) Halo is a few things. 1. First and foremost Halo is playing a game for a decade, knowing where each enemy spawns, but still having each encounter play out in a new and fun way every time. 2. Halo is a universe that has an epic scale with a dozen races each with their own unique cultures and problems. It's a place that has and hopefully will continue to support a wide variety of character, tech, political, and action driven stories. 3. Halo is a game that is fun to play with friends, and one that plays slowly enough, and fairly enough that new players have as much chance to have fun as those with huge fancy emblems by their names. 4. Halo is also a game that makes the sharing of your exploits dead easy from pictures and stats to full mission and matches that you can pause and fly through to get the best angle. 5. Halo is always a pretty game. Not necessarily the best in any one area, but the sum forms a solid respectable whole. 6. Halo is some of the best gaming music around with blood pumping highs and soft mysterious and creepy lows with some large sections of silence when warranted. 7. Halo is not perfect, and never has been.
