You can see 60 in Halo in the theater. Just load up a film, go where nothing is happening, fast forward and look around. At least it feels like 60. Moving might be required as well. From there, it looks alright, I'll grant you, but every single time I've had to watch 60fps gameplay, or attempted to play something at 60fps... I hate it. Everything looks more artificial than it already is. If I was forced into it, I'd definitely get used to it, just because I'd HAVE to play that way. I doubt I'd enjoy it, however.
