I can't stand watching any Call of Duty gameplay (aside : from the fact I hate it), it all looks like a cartoon on fast forward. I : don't want 60fps in Halo. Hah, well, as a PC gamer I really can't stand 30 - there's a fundamental stickiness to the gameplay. But it's not so bad when everybody's locked at a smooth 30, as in most console games. There's only real trouble when some people are getting 60+ and others 30 - the 60+ players will walk all over the 30s on average. (I get to experience this due to my bad cooling setup right now -- my performance degrades along a beautiful curve as I lose FPS from 60+ to 30.) 60 FPS in Halo would be a beautiful thing, and I think it'd grow on you, but I'm not counting on it.
