New Halo figures

I don't get where the "Halo: Combat Evolved" comes in to be honest. The Mark IV armor looks more in keeping with the appearance and styling of the Spartans in Halo Legends: The Package rather than the original Mark V from Halo: Combat Evolved or even the "updated" Reach model.
