Funny thing about that, there is a topic on the waypoint forums about this general area, and this particular comic was given special mention by a few of us. http://halo.xbox.com/forums/f/10/t/1483.aspx I point I made then, which I'll reiterate again because it ties in with what you're saying, is that in some instances like this, fans create such work not because its their job or they are getting paid for it, but because they have a totally genuine affection and love for the Halo universe. Fistful of Arrows is one of the finer examples of this as a fan comic.
Levi's style plainly shows through in the art as any artist would like it to...
There's a couple of nit-picks I could make here and there on panels 4 and 7, but they would definitely just be nit-picks and nothing more. And I so want panel 5 as another wall paper! =p
