They are two different styles of games. What may work in one, may not in another. Bungie didn't like how the jackal shield worked in theirs, so they scrapped it. Is that seriously why you are so upset? Because of the loss of vehicle whoring, the loss of something that was cut before the game even came out, and because your character can whack the shit out of another from a distance? Those are your big gripes? What about the lunge with the knife in Modern Warfare? You don't even have to fucking stab the guy to kill him. Ive stabbed air and got a kill, at least in Halo you get a nice resounding THUNK. The laser is well balanced if you know how to counter it. As has been said many many times in this thread. If ya dont like it, dont play it. If you prefer Call of Duty, go to their forums and tell everybody about what an Internet Tough Guy you are for "verbally body slamming a bunch of Halo Noobz!!!!!111!!1!1!!!ONE!!!"
