In Response To: COD 4 once again tops the charts (SPARTAN 294) : http://majornelson.com/archive/2008/04/08/live-activity-for-week-of-3-31.aspx : mayby with the new maps bungie can take its rightful place ? Maybe new maps isn't what Halo 3 needs. From what people have told me about Call of Duty 4, it's more fun. They cited reasons like games only lasting 7-8 minutes, every weapon being able to score a headshot, successive kills actually being worth something (in the form of power-ups), and things of that nature. I was told a typical deathmatch game goes to 750 points or 75 kills; Halo 3 tops it at 250, so you'd only be getting 25 kills. But with a system like that, medals for beatdowns, assassinations, etc, could actually be worth something and add an extra point or two. Besides, Halo 3 has been at #2 for some 2 months, right? Maybe Eiii has a point. Maybe Halo 3 really should be #2. (Also worth saying: If Halo 3 isn't on top, then that means the 360 isn't "the Halo console.")
