The background story of Covenant could had been displayed through the eyes Master Chief as he is kicking their butt. Being forced to play as a Covenant was a serious downer for me and thousands of Halo fans alike. We waited three years to play as Master Chief, but when we purchased Halo 2.......in those sad moments, we realized that Master Chief was missing from half the game. For me, I love firing guns in any FPS game, just as long they are effective. Halo 2 is missing that powerful effectiveness that Halo:CE had presented. It is pretty sad how Bungie made the Magnum so useless. It did not have to be that way and the weapons wasn't balanced at all. The only weapon that was powerfully effective, is the energy sword. So I don't know what kind of gamer you are, QuantumChaos. But you sound like some Nintendo Donkey Kong gamer. A FPS game is about blowing your enemy back to hell, not trying to understand them. |
