If a video contains a music track overlaid on gameplay, does : that negate the argument that the audio track can be extracted and used : instead of buying the original? If so, how MUCH extra sound has to exist : to keep the RIAA happy? : We host nearly a thousand videos at this point - I'd guess that 90% of them : (or more) use music that isn't licensed from its creators. Pulling down : the content proactively would pretty much decimate our offerings. I was thinking only "music videos" - it seems that's what they (RIAA) are targeting the most - the number of "music videos" is nowhere near the number of ALL videos hosted here - and the RIAA doesn't have anything to attack you with... Then again, it's a touchy subject... I don't know what the right thing to do would be...
