That would take forever. Say what, a modder wins like 20 games in a row before he's flagged. Unless the update flags his Xbox somehow in the XBL system he'll just make a new GT (probably a 2 month free) and just mod some more.

It'd have to detect the modded content itself to even remotely be effective. Hopefully X360 explodes if opened by someone without the special Xbox repair wand of safety.
