Here's the deal: Any modder that has left his box on and connected to XBL since before the AU was released to their region won't have the AU, and will still be able to mod in MM until they DL the AU. I blame Bungie, simply b/c this is a problem easily foreseen and corrected, all they would have to do is update the MM playlists, and the modders playlists would be out of date, and no MM for them.
