Not neccessarily, they could allow the use of the control-pad, but of course, they still have the option to purchase a keyboard and mouse for the system (it's almost a 100% sure thing that they'll release these with the X-Box, as they did with the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast [also the Sony Playstation]). So the option will be there, but if you want to be any good at gunning people down, they'd probably suggest you get the keyboard and mouse, or just get the PC/Mac version.

I don't see how they could make the ability to include mods for the X-Box, think of all the different programming mumbo-jumbo you'd need to know to program for all 3 systems (PC, Mac, and X-Box). I can understand the Mac and PC versions though.
