Matt - Mods ruined now?

Now that Halo is coming out on the X-Box, what are you going to do about mods? Will the X-Box be able to use mods or will it just be regular Halo, every day of your life (which probably wont be a bad thing!)? I wouldn't really mind it, but there are definately gonna be some great mods for this great game (imagine a Team Fortress or Counterstrike mod for Halo! That or just a realistic humanoid fight! [with humvees and other modern things]) Also, if the X-Box wont be able to use mods, will you guys still be releasing the stuff people will need for the Mac and PC to make mods for them?

One more thing, I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but I will ask anyway, will the PC, Mac and X-Box all be able to play each other (inter-playable?) on the net (so you might be playing someone on a Mac and someone on an X-Box, while you're on a PC)?
