I've been surprised and disappointed by the outpouring of emotion regarding Pelican bay two. If it was easier, people would be saying it was not enough of a challenge. Since its so hard, people are whining about that. For heaven's sake! I was stuck there for quite a while but I got through it with no assistance from friends, game guides or the internet. There was none to be had back then anyway! The satisfaction of finally passing the checkpoint was IMMENSE and even surpassed the first time I got through the loading dock on Truth and Reconciliation on Legendary (just after the gravity lift- for mine, the hardest point in the Halo 1 game) which is certainly saying something. At the end of the day, it IS possible. Don't give up. You CAN do it. Just please try not to blame Bungie for your inadequacies.
