Tell me how I am doing:

I was told by someone inside the Microsoft Gaming Division the true plans. Jason Jones was at MS this whole week finalizing the deal (as you would read in those comments about the Halo going FPS earlier this week how Jason was "out of town"). Anyway, the official announcement is going to be most likely late next week. The official details are:

Halo is no longer coming to the Macintosh or the PC, it will be a launch title exclusive to the X-Box

Because of additional expenses, Oni is being scrapped all together.

And for another thing to think about, just think - Why isn't Bungie exhibiting at MacWorld this summer? Unless they plan to be added super late like MWSF, they aren't going because they are deserting us for some of Microsoft's cash.

Most PC sites at least know about this (and I would presume Mac do as well) so they can get started on making a big fuss over it with articles and such. But it is a set deal.
