Heeeeey.. That's right. No one's noticed the difference between the 2 Cov launchers as far as I know.

As for the second shot (http://halo.bungie.org/screens5oct99/halo9.jpg), I don't believe that is a picture of it firing. And, by the looks of that big @$$ ball of combusting something in the air, I'd say there's one unhappy something exploding up there.

By the looks of the angle of the short smoke trail of the explosion, I'd say our incredible engine had some aircraft get hit by a small personal projectile weapon (Assault rifleish or shotgunish things). It then ruptured, hit the ground, bounced off the top (unseen) area of the ridge, and exploded in a flaming death. >=]

Or.. a rocket burned out and exploded in mid air, leaving a wide, short trail of explosion exhaust fumes. Yawn...

But hey, that's just me. ;)
