And I assure you it would be very noticable. I always forget the formula, but I once calculated the rotational speed of the Halo for 1G, and even for it's size it has to spin very fast. Someone on it's surface is going way faster than us on Earth. So, the Marathon, based on a small celestial body, would have to spin VERY fast. I think that "Marathon is just a game" is the better anwser. I mean, even Georges Lucas did an impressive amount of mistakes for a movie, let alone a computer game... That doesn't mean Marathon isn't addicting. If only I could get AO pass the 3rd level...
