That's an interesting point, but I'm pretty sure that Phoebos (sp?) is felt to be solid rock. More importantly, lava and air don't mix except at extreme pressures or temperature. Volcanic lava cools very quickly when exposed to air - the spectacular fountains of lava seen with eruptions are fleeting. In order for there to be stable areas of molten lava on the Marathon, the temperature would have to be high enough to fry any Bob around - so much for Habe Quiddam.
