In Response To: Re: RollerCoasters (Steve Levinson) I based my explanation on the fact that astronauts don't feel they are moving at high speed when they are in orbit. But maybe the comparaison isn't good as you pointed out, because they are circling on a circle so big, they really just go forward, so it's more linear than angular. Would it be the same on the Halo, having a diameter of 10000Km? Djof
