I forgot about this. Well, I have to say they did a terrible job conveying this in-game. I mean Aie Mak Sicur is somewhat uncertain but I think everyone assumes it's the conclusion to this timeline. But the other two failure levels have their connections to their corresponding timelines completely obscured, to the point that despite that quote you've provided, I still doubt that they conclude their respective Chapters.
