The Gray Incident doesn't use any of that stuff because I'm lazy. I've been thinking about adding a rain effect to a few levels. The fog and the sound would work, but I don't know about how to get the animation to work (the idea would be to display some sort of rain texture that overlaps everything, but only when you're outside).
Otherwise, the only reason TGI will be Aleph only is because of the viewing distances and monster quantities that are scattered here and there.
