Auditory hallucinations - particularly hearing voices in your head - is a almost always a sign of schizophrenia. Goran, are you sure you didn't hear a television in the next room or someone's radio on the street outside? Could you have been asleep or had you just woken up (hallucinations are very common and normal during the transition to and from sleep - we've all experienced these). I don't think you're going crazy, but if you have more of these experiences, let me know. This isn't really my field but I can tell you if it's anything out of the ordinary. |
