The first thing in the video is the chapter screen "Ambush" ... and then later you complain about ... ambushes :). You will get used to that style. So much of Tempus Irae is all about going up stairs and having things beam in behind you ... good times.
Like the idea of puns with dire.... I started to remember the start of the level as I watched, and no it didn't look quite like that. Fun with textures though, was fun to watch walking on water.
