Yet another completely uninformed opinion.
The full suite of Specialization routes will be available to ALL EARLY ADOPTERS who play within 2 weeks of the release date
and even then, they cannot chose their path until completely maxing out the Spartan IV ranking structure up to lvl 50
THEN
they have to still compelete 10 more grinding levels of play
JUST TO GET 1 LOADOUT CHOICE

Is there a perk for one shot kills?

Is there a perk for becoming immune to splatters?

but there is one for reducing the cooldown time for an overheated turret

this is why I have not frequented hbo for the past 6 months, this is ridiculous
