Or is it that 343i wants to : appeal to the fringe group that genuinely likes dubstep? Either way, it : should stop. It's not cool, it's not "hip" or "rad" if : that's what 343i is aiming for, it's just repulsive. I see it a little differently. 1) As a part of the Halo 4 soundtrack (not sure if LE or not), they are having some DJ's remix the soundtrack songs and make a remix album. Them wanting to flaunt that extra content seems like a nice thing. 2) I doubt your stat is anywhere close to reality. Dubstep, at least what I know of it, is like a lot of newer music today in that it is polarizing in audiences. Also see: Justin Bieber, LMFAO and Gangnam Style. Whenever it comes to Halo, I realize that I'm in the minority most times. So, it doesn't bother me as much when I see stuff like this. 3) Some of the remixes actually sound pretty decent, aside from the complete wubality, though that's just my tastes. I'll definitely be giving the album a listen to.
