For the rest of us it's still a 'tell' but without the benefit of the informed deliverer. : 343 has several : months to make tweaks, and reports like this one give them guidelines on : places to tweak. The worrying thing for some people is that the ordinance drops seem broken by design though. Something that tweaking could nerf, but still won't 'fix.' : Whatever. Some people want to hear about it. Other people want to see it. Ideally I'd like to play it :P
