I read somewhere that the MA5 has flip-up iron sights, but we never see them because we're always playing as people with compatible HUDs. For the ammo counter..well..I guess maybe the Marines/Army troopers don't have ammo displays on their HUDs? And of course, they don't all have HUDs. They'd need a big glowy thing so they can easily see their ammo level.

As for accessories, it's already got a flashlight, it's not accurate enough for a scope, bayonets don't seem to be a thing...plus stuff like that seems to go under the barrel, inside the casing, on the MA5.

Aaand that's my vaguely helpful musings out of the way for the day. Back to lurking!
