The only change I'd like with the voting system is if there are any equal votes, that it chooses the winning one at random, not the one that's at the top. If I hate the top choice, I'll place a vote to try to get something over it (lesser or two evils) but if I can only get the second selection to equal the first, I'd still lie a 50% chance of it making the one I like rather than by default, the top one.
