Some very solid concepts on how armor abilities could be improved. Some are similar to ideas I've had (AAs as pickups, for instance). I really like the whole "Sprint as default ability instead of AA" and "limited multi-use" armor modules and "one-time use" items. It's a very good medium between AAs and equipment. While I might do certain things slightly different from how you would (I'd re-balance armor lock by giving it a one-pulse-per-charge limit, with each pulse having a max duration of 3 seconds; you can use it for half a second or the three full seconds, but in either case you'd fully deplete the charge upon unlocking), overall, your solutions are definitely something I could support.
