In Response To: Re: Character Development: An Arbiter's Tale (The BS Police) : I agree completely, it's just a shame Bungie took the easy way out with Halo : 3's story though and made the Arbiter a measly sidekick, thereby dumbing : down Halo 3's story by putting alot of Halo 2's story points in the : backseat and not making very good use of them. Haha! I made a bit of a joke petition once... But a lot of truth is said in jest...
