Hmmmm, tough call... I have a silly sized collection and about 20 games I haven't even played yet, aheh... including Dragon's Age Origins.
I'm guessing this doesn't have to be exclusive games, saying as Mass Effect 2 is heading for the PS3. =P

Ace Combat 6
I think this is a bit of a no brainer for me, eh? How predictable of me. You know I like my aerial combat and nothing comes close to Ace Combat on a console for a balance of arcade fun, beautiful graphics and handling that just feels right.
With the new game announced, I couldn't help but invest in This.
If we ever get a Halo space combat game, I'm already set!
...Come to think of it... wonder how well it'll work in Reach... if at all...
Assassin's Creed II
I actually liked the first game, even though it was a bit of a Marmite experience for most. My friend hated it, gave it to me, I liked it.
The second one took everything good about the first one, made it better, and ditched a lot of the more monotonous stuff. Great plot.
Batman: Arkham Asylum
My top game of 2009. It was on the short side, but oh so sweet.
Great plot, great art style, bringing back the cast from the animated series.
And you were god damned Batman.
Call of Duty 4
Shock, horror, eh? Well its still a great and solid game, and other than playing the PC version of CoD2 a bit, this was my first real CoD experience. WWII shooters don't really appeal to me.
It was a nice change of pace from Halo and spent a huge amount of time with it online with friends. So I'll always have a soft spot for it.
Forza 3
I'm not so much a car nut, but I am a racing game nut. Although the game does feel a bit stale and worn now (oh how I wish it had some rally stages now) the selection of cars and post launch support has been great. And you can find just about any car livery you can imagine painted by other players, so that's a great touch.
I have my Sega Rally trio of Alitalia Lancia Stratos, Martini Racing Lancia Delta and Castrol Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205, and that's always enjoyable.
Grand Theft Auto IV
First GTA game I ever played, so it was quite an experience really. Delivered on plot which is always endearing and just the sheer scale and detail of Liberty City with so much to do in it had me absorbed for some considerable time.
Mass Effect 1/2
Am I cheating combining these?
Naaah, it shouldn't be called Mass Effect 2, it should be called Mass Effect: Part 2.
The games follow on in a way unlike most games after all. Depending what you did in the first game, the second game WILL be different in areas. That's great.
Great plot, great universe and ME2 improved on just about all the areas the first game fell short on.
Red Dead Redemption
OK, admittedly this is basically GTAIV: Wild West Edition, but it helped keep me sane through a pretty rough patch. Plenty to see and find, and hunting for game was actually really fun.
Co-op is also great fun.
Test Drive Unlimited
Oh, a surprise addition I believe!
You have some very pretty cars but more than anything, you have the whole of Oahu to drive and race them around in amazing detail for the scale of the area rendered.
Street racing is a lovely change of pace from track racing and this game really compliments Forza.
Play it with a steering wheel and when you feel like chilling out, its surprisingly easy to pop on some tunes and go for a virtual drive around a beautiful Hawaiian Island on the other side of the world, with no worries if you put your foot down.
Also integrates with XBL so you're driving around with other people in what is basically a driving games equivalent of Free Roam.
Really looking forward to the sequel which is set on Ibiza.
Splinter Cell Conviction
Finally finished the co-op story on Realistic last night and got my final PEC challenge.
Splinter Cell is a great game for that satisfying feeling of being a ninja, but Conviction really updated the SC experience so that its actually possible to go in guns blazing if you feel like it.
Great plot with some real twists in there.
Honourable Mention: Lost Odyssy
The first JRPG I've actually played right through since... well, Blue Dragon actually, but the first one that I really really got into since Xenogears.
