Why wouldn't he : call him Didact instead? If they can give a reasonable explanation for : that in the next book, game, etc. then I would be very pleased with the : story being continued in this way. Here's where I make a retcon joke, but I think you could work it out. Master Chief is a reclaimer first. Therefore, GS would ALWAYS call him that, regardless of timeframe. Of course, this breaks down a little depending on when humanity was discovered by the Forerunners and deemed Reclaimers. You could just finagle some way that the new title supercedes whatever Chief was being called in his future past. Then in GS's mind, he's 'Reclaimer' no matter what.
