I'll say it loud and I'll say it proud. I believe in Frankie. : -Also both Master Chief and Cortana lived through Halo 3 according to cannon. What does this mean? I specifically remember seeing Chief and Cortana alive in that post-credits cutscene. So, is he referring to the Legendary ending?
