I guess I must be unusual then, I've always seen the overarching UNSC/UEG/ONI complex as this really dark, evil thing. I mean, think about it really. They kidnap children, subject them to intense pain and brainwashing, they filter all news to manipulate the masses, they lie to their people and each other... I like that bit about no good guys at all. Good stuff.
