They may be, but they seem related to : each other to me. Or maybe it's just me being overly fanatic tonight... More probably filthy commies - by which I mean I think the writings of Koslov would be more relevant to UNSC colonies. It's certainly no leap to think that what's an issue for some people is going to be an issue for others in the same society. For the ONI conspiracy theorists - would they have held off support from a communist/socialist colony until they realised that it wasn't just Harvest the Covenant had their eyes on . . .
