You probably take the same sort of position bs angel does - you max out your friend list at 100 and keep it there, so as to keep annoying invites away. Doesn't do much for message, but I don't know. I laugh when I'm playing with HBO people, and we're in a lobby talking about Halo. Obviously, we are all very knowledgeable and confident, and I think communicate to other, non-HBO types (well, really people not in the 'community') that we have some sort of inside knowledge. So, they ask us how to get rec0n. Don't know why, they just do. So we tell them: 'Do something cool, and if Bungie likes it, you might get it.' They never seem to believe it.
